2025 District of Columbia State Convention
Each council in the jurisdiction is entitled to two (2) voting representatives at the State Convention. These positions are filled by the Grand Knight and a Past Grand Knight of each council, an alternate for each of those positions are elected by the local councils in the event that the GK or PGK cannot fulfill their duties to attend the convention.
Council credential forms have been distributed via email and should be returned to the State Secretary by April 17, 2025 to identify these members and provide contact information.
Below is the schedule for the 2025 State Convention
Saturday, May 17th, 2025 – St. John Paul II National Shrine | 3900 Harewood Rd. NE Washington, DC 20017
- 9:00 am – Opening Mass in the Luminous Mysteries Chapel
- 9:45 am – Continental Breakfast and Registration of Delegates
- 10:00 am – Call to Order – Annual Business Meeting
- 12:00 pm – Lunch Break
- 12:45 pm – Reconvene – DC KofC Charities Annual Meeting
- 2:30 pm – Anticipated Adjournment
Sunday, May 18, 2025
- 9:30 am – Closing Mass in the Redemptor Hominis Church, St. John Paul II National Shrine
- 11:00 am – Convention Brunch & Awards Session – Ukrainian Catholic National Shrine of the Holy Family | 4250 Harewood Rd. NE (Parking Available)
Meeting and Brunch Registration
Online registration prices include credit card transaction fees.
Families and children are invited and encouraged to join us at the Convention Brunch.
Children 4 years of age and under are free! Children 5-15 years old will receive a discounted price.
Please list any children you are bringing as guests so we can have an accurate number of seats.

Sunday Convention Brunch – Individual (16 years old+) tickets:
$26.50 per person
Sunday Convention Brunch – Child 5-15 Years Old ticket:

REPORTS FOR THE 2025 DC KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS CHARITIES MEETING OF THE CORPORATION
Each year, the DC Knights of Columbus Charities meet for their annual meeting of the corporation during the State Convention. The DC KofC Charities is a 501(c)3 IRS Recognized non-profit charitable corporation that works with the DC State Council and the local councils of the District of Columbia to promote our shared ideals of columbianism. According to the by-laws of the corporation, the members of the corporation are the same members of the District of Columbia State Council and as such, the same credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Corporation.
